Spinach pie

Crispy crust and very tender filling. It is very easy to prepare.

 Ingredients

 Dough
 wheat flour 300 g
 water 125 ml
 melted butter 70 g
 salt 1 tsp

 Filling
 spinach (fresh or frozen) 150 g
 boiled egg 1 pc
 feta cheese or salted cottage cheese 100 g
 butter 30 g
 parsley to taste
 salt, pepper to taste

 Method of preparation 

 1. Mix flour and salt. Add melted butter. Mix it well.

 2. Add cold water. Knead soft dough. Cover the dough and allow in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

 3. Put butter and spinach into a preheated pan. Cook 3-4 minutes.

 4. Put spinach to a plate, add chopped parsley, grated boiled egg and cheese. Add salt, pepper, parsley and mix.

 5. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. 
Divide the dough into two parts (one part is larger, the other is smaller).

 6. Roll out larger part of the 5-7 mm. Put the filling on top and cover with the second part of the dough. Pin the edges. Make holes with a fork or wooden skewer. Grease with egg yolk.

 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F.
