Sweet crispy rolls

Delicious crispy rolls. With filling or without, a minimum of ingredients.

 Ingredients
 margarine 100 g
 wheat flour 170 g
 pinch of salt
 vanilla sugar 1 tsp
 vinegar 1 tbsp
 water 50 ml

 Filling
 fruit jam 70 g
 powdered sugar 30 g

 Method of preparation 

 1. Add salt and vanilla sugar to the flour. Mix well.

 2. Add chopped margarine (cold). Mix in a blender or by hand, make a crumb. 

 3. Add vinegar and cold water. Knead the dough, cover and allow in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

 4. After 12 hours, roll out the dough thinly (1-2 mm). Cut into squares (3×3 cm). Put 1/4 tsp of jam in each square and wrap up like a croissant.

 5. Move the rolls to a baking sheet and allow in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Heat up the oven to 200°C/392°F.

 6. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
