Fried potatoes with garlic and chili recipe

 A simple recipe for spicy potatoes.

  Ingredients
 3-4 medium potatoes
 wheat flour 50 g
 water 1 liter
 salt, pepper to taste
 chili flakes to taste
 parsley, dill to taste
 oil 3 tbsp
 chopped garlic 2 cloves

 Method of preparation 

 1. Cut the potatoes, pour cold water and allow for 15 minutes.

 2. Boil water. Wash the potatoes and throw it into boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

 3. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Roll potatoes in flour.

 4. Pour oil into the frying pan. Put potatoes and fry until golden brown.

 5. Add more oil, if needed, to the same frying pan, add chopped garlic, chili flakes, chopped parsley and dill. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add fried potatoes and fry for another 1 minute, stirring all the time.

 Serve with sauce.
