Stew beans with beef
 Ingredients
 beans 200 g
 beef 300 g
 onion 1 pc
 3-4 medium tomatoes
 tomato paste 1 tbsp
 salt, pepper, optional 
 oil 2 tbsp
 water

 Method of preparation 

 Soak the beans in water for at least 12 hours.

 Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.

 Pour oil into a saucepan, add onion, fry for 2-3 minutes and add garlic. Fry for 2 minutes.

 Cut the beef and add to the onion and garlic. Add salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and close the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.

 Grate the tomatoes or blend in a blender.

 Pour the tomato mixture into the saucepan, add the tomato paste, stir and bring to a boil.

 Put the beans in a saucepan and pour the boiling water to cover the beans. 

Cook for 1 - 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally and add hot water as needed.
