Pie with chicken and vegetables

 Simple and easy recipe. Soft dough and juicy filling.
 This pie can be served and hot and cold.


 Dough:
  water 150 ml
  wheat flour 250 g
  sugar 1 tbsp
  salt 1 tsp
  dry yeast 3/4 tsp
  vegetable oil 1 tbsp

 Filling
 chicken 200 g
 1 onion
 1 carrot
 1 bell pepper
 1 potato
 salt, pepper to taste
 tomato sauce 2 tbsp
 garlic 1 clove

 Method of preparation 

 1. Mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Allow for 15 minutes.

 2. Add salt and flour. Knead the dough, add oil, cover and allow for 1 hour in a warm place.

 3. Fry the chopped chicken until golden.

 4. Cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.

 4. Mix fried chicken, boiled carrots and potatoes, chopped onions and chopped bell pepper. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and grated garlic. Mix well.

 5. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out (5-7 mm).

 6. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Put one part of the dough, put the filling, cover with the second part of the dough. Pinch the edges. 
Allow for 15 minutes in a warm place.

 7. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease the pie with milk, put in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
