Mushroom pie

 Delicious and easy to prepare mushroom pie.

 Ingredients

  Dough:
 water 150 ml
 wheat flour 225 g
 sugar 1 tbsp
 pinch of salt
 dry yeast 1 tsp
 vegetable oil 1 tbsp

 Filling
 mushrooms 200 g
 1 onion
 1 tomato
 1 bell pepper
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 tomato sauce 2 tbsp
 garlic 1 clove
 oil 1 tbsp

 Method of preparation 

 1. Filling:
 Pour oil into the pan. Pour chopped mushrooms, fry until golden.

 Add chopped onion and tomato. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Salt, pepper.

 Cut bell pepper.

 Mix tomato sauce with grated garlic.

 2. Dough:
  Mix warm water, sugar and yeast. Allow for 15 minutes.

  Add salt and flour. Knead the dough.

  Add oil and mix again and allow for 1 hour in a warm place.


 3. Roll out the dough in 5-7 mm. Spread tomato sauce in the middle, leave 5 cm of dough from the edge. Put fried mushrooms and bell pepper.

 4. Fold the edges of the dough to the center and pinch the edges. Grease with tomato sauce.

 5. Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C/350°F.
