Cake "100 grams"

 Soft, fluffy cake for tea. 

 Ingredients

 2 eggs
 wheat flour 100 g
 sugar 100 g
 milk 100 g
 nuts 100 g
 melted butter 100 g
 baking powder 10 g

Method of preparation

 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C/350 °F.

 Mix eggs and sugar. Beat into foam.

 2. Add melted butter and milk. Mix well.

 3. Add flour and chopped nuts. Mix well and add baking powder. Mix again. 

 4. Grease the baking mold with butter. Pour the dough into the mold.
 Bake for 35-40 minutes.

 Allow the cake to cool. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
