Berry muffins

  Easy and fast muffins recipe from simple ingredients. Fresh pastries in 30 minutes.

 Ingredients

 Dry Ingredients:
 wheat flour 250 g
 sugar 200 g
 baking powder 2 tsp
 a pinch of salt
 vanilla to taste 

 Liquid Ingredients:
 milk 180 ml
 vegetable oil 100 ml
 1 egg

 Filling:
 frozen or fresh berries 1 cup 

 Method of preparation 

 1. Preheat oven to 200°C/392°F.
 
 2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and baking powder.

 3. Mix milk, butter and egg in a separate bowl.

 4. Mix together dry and liquid mixtures. Mix well.

 5. Grease the muffin molds with oil and put out the dough 2/3 of the mold.

 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool. Decorate with powdered sugar if needed.
