Vinaigrette salad (vegetable salad)

This dish first appeared in the Scandinavian countries. There is no single recipe, all ingredients can be selected individually.

 Ingredients

 boiled potatoes 2 medium 
 boiled carrots 2 medium 
 boiled beets 2 medium 
 boiled beans 100 g
 pickled cucumbers 2 medium 
 onion 1 
 vegetable oil 2 tbsp
 salt, pepper optional 
 lemon juice optional 

 Method of preparation 

 1. Cut the beets, carrots and potatoes into cubes, put to a deep plate.

 2. Cut the onion and pickled cucumbers and add to the vegetables.

 3. Add beans.

 4. Salt, pepper, add oil, if needed sprinkle with lemon juice.

 5. Mix and allow in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
