Homemade bread

A very simple recipe how to cook soft and tasty homemade bread.

Ingredients
 First:
 wheat flour 100 g
 sugar 10 g
 water 200 g
 dry yeast 8 g
 Second:
 wheat flour 200 g
 vegetable oil 40 g
 salt 8 g
Directions 
Mix together warm water, yeast, sugar and 100 g of wheat flour. Allow for 20 minutes. Add wheat flour 200 g, vegetable oil 20 g and salt. Knead the dough. Add another 20 g of oil. Allow for 1 hour in a warm place. After 1 hour, mix the dough again. Allow for 1 hour again. After 1 hour, knead the dough very well on the table. Roll out the dough. Make any form of bread like you wish by your hands. Put it in a baking dish. Allow for 15-20 min. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 190°C. Enjoy your meal 😉
