This roll can be with fresh fruit, apples, bananas, strawberries or with jam. Easy recipe, simple ingredients.
Ingredients
wheat flour 120 g
4 eggs
sugar 130 g
baking powder 1 tsp
Filling
banana 1 pc
apples 3 pcs
sugar 2 tbsp ⠀
lemon juice 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Peel bananas and apples and grate on a large grater. Mix together, add lemon juice and 2 tbsp of sugar. Mix well.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
3. Dough:
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white foam.
4. Mix flour with baking powder.
5. Add the egg mixture to the flour with baking powder. Carefully mix with a silicone spatula from the bottom up.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil.
7. Put the filling and spread it evenly over the entire baking sheet. Pour the dough on top and level it well again.
8. Bake for 15 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
9. Turn the hot cake onto a dry clean towel. Carefully remove the paper and roll up the cake into a roll.
10. Allow to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream.
