Breakfast rolls

Ingredients
130 ml of water
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of honey
pinch of salt 
250 g of wheat flour 
vegetable oil 1 tsp
egg yolk
milk 1 tsp

 Directions
Add yeast to warm water. Mix it well and add honey. Mix it again. Allow for 15 minutes.
Add wheat flour, salt and knead the dough. Grease with vegetable oil and allow for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough again and make balls. Allow them for 10 minutes. Mix together egg yolk and milk. Grease the top with egg yolk and milk. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Enjoy your meal 😉
