Pureed vegetable soup

Delicious light pureed vegetable soup. It is prepared very easily and quickly, in 30 minutes a fragrant soup is on the table.
The quantity of an ingredients is regulated individually.
Served with bread or crackers.


  Ingredients
 zucchini 200 g
 potato 200 g
 carrot 200 g
 onion 1
 salt to taste 
 pepper to taste 
 water 1 liter
 garlic 1 clove 
 olive oil to taste 

  Method of preparation

  1. Cut vegetables into pieces.

  2. Put the vegetables in a saucepan and pour the water. Cook on medium heat until done.

  3. When the vegetables are cooked, beat with a blender.

  4. Add more water as needed. Salt, pepper. Boil for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat, add grated garlic and olive oil.
