Profiteroles

 Profiteroles are delicious and universal rolls made of custard dough with any filling.

 Ingredients
 4 eggs
 wheat flour 150 g
 water 125 ml
 milk 125 ml
 sugar 1 tsp
 salt 1/2 tsp
 butter 100 g

 Method of preparation 

 1. Mix water, milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan.

 2. Put the saucepan on the stove and cook over medium heat until the butter melts.

 3. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Pour out all the flour into the saucepan and stir very quickly.

 4. Keep the dough on fire for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

 5. Remove the saucepan from the stove and let the dough cool to room temperature.

 6. Add eggs to the dough, one at a time, mix well after adding each egg. The dough should be smooth and shiny.

 7. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Put the dough on a baking sheet in the form of balls with a spoon or a pastry bag.

 8. Bake until golden brown for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C/350°F.
 Don't open the oven for the first 20 minutes.

 9. When the profiteroles are ready turn off the oven and allow the profiteroles in the oven for 2-3 minutes. And then let it cool.
