Delicious creamy chicken breast with mushrooms
Ingredients:
chicken breast 400 g
water 250 ml
heavy cream 80 ml
garlic - 3 cloves
champignons - 3-4 pcs
salt, pepper, spices to taste
butter - 15 gr
olive oil - 20 gr
Method of preparation
1. Put the pan on the stove. Pour olive oil and butter into the pan. Put the chicken breast and fry until golden. Remove the fillet from the pan.
2. Cut the mushrooms and put them in a pan. Add grated garlic. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add water, heavy cream, salt, pepper, seasonings and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Put the chicken breast in the sauce, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
