Creamy vegetable soup

 Light vegetable soup with a creamy taste. Served with toast.

 Ingredients
 water 1 liter
 potatoes 2 medium pieces
 zucchini 1
 carrot 1 pc
 1 onion
 green beans 100 g
 salt, pepper to taste
 dill, parsley to taste 
 heavy cream 70 ml
 garlic 1 clove

 Method of preparation 

 1. Peel the potatoes, carrot, zucchini and onion and cut them into pieces. 

 2. Boil the water. Add chopped vegetables and beans and cook over low heat until ready. 

 3. Add salt, pepper and heavy cream 5 minutes before readiness. Add grated garlic and chopped dill and parsley. 

 4. Turn off the stove and allow the soup for 10 minutes.
