Cottage cheese rolls

Fluffy, soft and easy to prepare cottage cheese rolls. This method can be used with and without fillings.

 Ingredients
 cottage cheese 300 g
 butter (room temperature) 120 g
 natural yogurt 2 tbsp
 sugar 3 tbsp
 wheat flour 300-320 g 
 vanilla 1/2 tsp

 Method of preparation 

 1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, yogurt, vanilla and butter. Add flour and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and allow for 30 minutes.

 2. Roll out the dough (2-3 mm). Cut the rolled dough into strips measuring 5 cm wide. Put the filling on the edge of the strip and make a roll.

 3. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C/350°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
