This chocolate cake is soft, very fluffy and tastes good with the chocolate aroma and orange. The top can be decorated with chocolate glaze.
Ingredients
wheat flour 240 g
2 eggs
sugar 120 g
cocoa 2 tbsp
chocolate 100 g
butter 50 g
zest of 1 orange
baking powder 1 tsp
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Grind eggs with sugar. Add orange zesr and mix well.
3. Melt the chocolate and butter and add to the eggs. Mix well.
4. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well.
5. Grease the baking mold with butter. Pour the dough, put in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
