Carrot cake loaf - simple ingredients and easy preparation, and the result is amazing!
Ingredients
2 eggs
brown sugar 100 g
wheat flour 120 g
grated carrot 100 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
baking powder 1 tsp
orange and lemon zest mix 1 tsp
dates 50 g
Cake cream
heavy cream 200 ml
powdered sugar 80 g
natural yogurt 40 g
Method of preparation
1. Add powdered sugar to the heavy cream and beat. Add natural yogurt, beat again and allow in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
3. Mix eggs and sugar. Add grated carrots, oil, baking powder, orange and lemon zest mix, chopped dates and stir well.
4. Add wheat flour. Make the dough.
5. Grease the baking mold with oil. Pour the dough into the mold.
6. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
7. Cool the cake. Spread with cake cream. Sprinkle with orange zest.
Allow in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
