Cake without baking

Fluffy, soft cake without baking 

 Ingredients
 
 wheat flour 250 g
 butter (room temperature) 120 g
 sugar 60 g
 salt to taste
 vanilla 1/2 tsp

 Cake cream

 heavy cream 200 ml
 powdered sugar 70 g
 room temperature butter 70 g

 Method of preparation 

 1. Mix flour with sugar, vanilla, salt and butter into crumb.

 2. Pour the crumb into a heated pan, stirring constantly, fry until a ruddy color, remove from heat and pour into a bowl.

 3. Cake cream.

 Mix butter with powdered sugar with a mixer.
 Mix the heavy cream with a mixer in another bowl. Add butter to the heavy cream gradually. And mix well. Allow in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

 4. Take 4 tablespoons of the crumb (will be needed for the top of the cake) and divide the other crumb into 4 parts.
 Put it in a form in layers: crumb, then cake cream and so on.
 The crumb (4 tbsp) is poured on top.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
