Brown Sugar Cookies

Simple recipe how to cook sweety brown sugar cookies. 

Ingredients 

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup butter 

2 eggs

2 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda 

Method of preparation  

1. Cream butter and sugar. 

2. Beat eggs and add to the butter and sugar. Beat well. 

3. Add baking soda, salt and flour. Knead a soft dough.

4. Grease the baking sheet with butter. 

5. Make balls from the dough, flatten them and put them on a baking sheet.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°С/350°F.
