Ingredients
200 ml of water
wheat flour 300 g (+/- 30 g)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 tsp of salt
oil for greasing baking mold
Method of preparation
1. Add sugar, salt and yeast to the warm water and mix well.
2. Gradually add flour. Knead a soft dough.
3. Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough. Make a ball, constantly dusting the dough with flour.
4. Grease the baking mold with oil, put the dough, cover and allow for 1-1.5 h in a warm place.
5. Preheat oven to 200°C/392°F.
6. Sprinkle the bread with flour. Put baking mold in the oven and bake for 40-60 minutes.
