Yogurt bread

Ingredients

 flour 200 g
 sugar 30 g
 starch 20 g
 yeast 2 teaspoons
 baking powder 1 teaspoon
 salt 3 g
 natural yogurt 50 ml
 water 30 ml
 melted butter 30 g

 Method of preparation 

 Mix all the dry ingredients. Add melted butter. Mix water and yogurt. Warm up. Add to the dough. Mix for 5-7 minutes. Make an elastic dough. Cover for 30 minutes.
 After 30 minutes form a roll by hands and put in a baking dish. Cover for 40-60 minutes again. The dough should rise twice.
 Mix a teaspoon of vegetable oil and water. Coat the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Enjoy your meal 😉
