Vegetarian Chocolate Cake

100% vegetarian cake! Without eggs, milk and butter!

 Ingredients
 wheat flour 200 g
 cocoa 2 tbsp
 baking soda 1/2 tsp
 baking powder 1 tsp
 sugar 130 g
 oil 50 ml
 water 190 ml
 fresh coffee 50 ml
 vanilla 1/2 tsp
 apple vinegar 1 tbsp

 Cream
 cocoa 2 tsp
 water 200 ml
 wheat flour 1 tsp
 sugar 4 tsp
 oil 10 ml

 Directions 
 Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
 Mix wheat flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl. Mix well.
 Mix water, coffee, sugar, vanilla and oil in another bowl. Add the mixture to the flour. Mix well and add apple vinegar. Mix again. Grease the baking mold. Pour the dough into a mold. Bake for 40 minutes.
 At this time, mix all the ingredients for the cream, except oil. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from the stove, add oil and beat in a blender.
 When the cake is ready, make an indentation with a wooden skewer and pour the cream on top. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 1 hour.
