Two-color cake
This cake is soft, very fluffy, made of two types of dough. It is looks like a "Zebra" cake. But in this version of the cake the dough should be divided in three parts, two of them should be white color and another one is chocolate color.
Ingredients
2 eggs
sugar 170 g
milk 80 ml
vegetable oil 60 ml
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
wheat flour 100 g
Method
Mix eggs with sugar. Add baking powder, vanilla, vegetable oil and 50 ml of milk. Mix again. Add flour and knead well. 1/3 of the dough pour in the bowl separately and add cocoa powder and 30 ml of milk. Knead well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour white dough and chocolate dough alternately. The chocolate dough is a little thicker and it will sink to the bottom making a beautiful patterns.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy your meal 😉
