Snowball cookies
Ingredients
butter 120 g
2 egg yolks
wheat flour 200 g
powdered sugar 80 g
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
Directions
Add a pinch of salt and powdered sugar to room temperature butter and mix well. Add egg yolks and mix again (do not beat). Add wheat flour and knead a soft dough. Grease the baking tray with oil, make balls from the dough, put it on the baking tray and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F. Put the cookies in a preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
