Very fragrant bread cookies, crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
Ingredients
fruit puree (any fruits) 250 g
lemon juice 1 tbsp
sugar 70 g
vegetable oil 70 ml
wheat flour 270 g
vanilla 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 1 tbsp
sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation
Puree any fruit in a blender.
Add to fruit puree sugar, lemon juice and oil. Pour the mixture into a deep saucepan.
Put the mixture on the stove.
After 2-3 minutes, when the puree changes color add the baking powder. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
Remove from stove and cool to room temperature.
Add cocoa, vanilla, mix well and add wheat flour. Knead the dough (should not be thick).
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
Brush baking tray with oil.
Grease your hands with oil and make balls from the dough.
Roll each ball in sugar and put them on baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
