Simple quick pickled tomatoes
Ingredients
tomatoes 500 g
dill optional
1 onion
Sauce
salt, pepper optional
mustard 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
vegetable oil 40 ml
grated garlic 1 clove
Preparation
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Cut the onion into thin pieces.
Cut the dill.
For the sauce mix all the ingredients.
Put the tomatoes, onions and dill in a container and mix, pour the sauce. Cover with a lid and shake 1 minute. Allow in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
