Rice pudding. Egyptian style 

 Ingredients
 125 g of rice
 water 500 ml
 milk 500 ml
 sugar 125 g
 corn starch 1 tbsp
 vanilla 1 tsp

 Directions 
 Pour water over the washed rice. Cook it for 30 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantly, cook for 10 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla. Cook for 10 minutes again. Mix the starch with 30 ml of milk and add to the rice. Cook it for 5-10 minutes. Pour into molds. In the refrigerator for 2 hours.
