Pickle soup

How easy and fast to cook pickle soup. Tray serving this soup with sour cream.

  Ingredients
  broth 1 liter
  potatoes 200 g
  rice 50 g
  2 medium pickled cucumbers
  onion 1 pc
  cilantro optional
  garlic 1 clove
  salt, pepper optional
  oil 1 tbsp

  Method of preparation
  Put the pot with broth on the stove, let it boil.

 Cut potatoes into cubes and add to the broth.

 Wash rice and add to the potatoes.
 Cook for 15-20 minutes.

  Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add fryed onion to the soup.

  Grate the cucumbers and add to the soup. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

   Add salt and pepper before 2-3 minutes the end of cooking.

  Remove the soup from the stove and add grated garlic and chopped cilantro.

  Allow soup for 5 minutes.
