Mint cookies is an unusually fragrant homemade pastry with a delicate refreshing taste. The dough is sweet and crumbly with a pleasant mint flavor.
Ingredients
fresh mint 80 g
sugar 80 g
wheat flour 160 g
butter 80 g
pinch of salt
vanilla 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
1 egg
Method
Mix mint and sugar in a blender. Beat until smooth. Add egg, butter, salt, vanilla and baking powder. Mix well. Add flour and knead the dough. Allow in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Make balls from dough with your hands (wet your hands in cold water so that the dough does not stick to your hands). Put the balls on a baking sheet, press down with a fork. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy your meal 😉
