Milk pudding with chocolate sauce. Delicious and simple pudding. You need a minimum of ingredients.
Ingredients
Pudding
natural yogurt 150 g
milk 100 ml
gelatin 5 g
sugar 50 g
Chocolate sauce
milk 80 ml
cocoa 1 tbsp
sugar 40 g
butter 20 g
vanilla 1/2 tsp
wheat flour 1 tbsp
Method of preparation
Mix together milk, gelatin and sugar. Warm up. Mix natural yogurt and hot milk with gelatin in a blender. Beat all. Pour into molds. In the refrigerator for 1 hour.
We are preparing chocolate sauce. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce. Cook until it becomes thick. Allow to cool.
Pour the chocolate sauce over the pudding. Allow in the refrigerator for another 1 hour. Enjoy your meal 😉
