Meat snacks

 Ingredients
 Dough:
 wheat flour 250 g
 vegetable oil 1 tbsp
 cold water 90 ml
 pinch of salt 

 Filling:
 minced beef 300 g
 1 medium onion
 1 bell pepper
 salt and spices optional 

 Batter:
 wheat flour 70 g
 cold water 130 ml

 Directions 
 Mix flour, oil, salt and water. Knead an elastic dough. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
 Mix minced meat, onion, spices, salt, bell pepper. 
 Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick. Sprinkle the dough with oil. Lay out the minced meat on the dough. Roll the dough into a roll and cut into 2 cm pieces.
 Prepare the batter, mix water and flour. Dip each snack in batter. Fry on medium heat until done. Enjoy your meal 😊
