Meat pie

 Ingredients
 wheat flour 200 g
 milk 150 g
 oil 60 ml
 sugar 2 tsp
 dry yeast 1 tsp.
 baking powder 1 tsp.
 pinch of salt 

 Filling
 ground beef 200 g
 1 bell pepper
 1 onion
 1 tomato
 tomato sauce 1 tbsp.
 salt, pepper, seasonings optional 
 milk and grated cheese for greasing 

 Directions 
 Mix yeast, sugar and warm milk. Allow for 15 minutes. Add oil, salt, baking powder, mix it and add wheat flour. Knead a soft dough and allow for 1 hour.
 Cut the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each one. Put one part of the dough on a baking sheet. Put the filling on top and cover with the second part of the dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
