Mango Strawberry Jam

   Ingredients
   chopped mango 1 kg
   strawberries 300 gr
   sugar 500 gr
   lemon juice 2 tbsp

   Method of preparation 

   Wash mangoes and strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Mix sugar with mango and strawberries in a saucepan. Allow for 1 hour.

   Put the mango and strawberry mixture on the stove and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

   After 40 minutes, beat the jam in a blender and add lemon juice. 
Cook for 10-15 minutes.

   Pour the jam into clean dry jars. Allow to cool.
Keep the jam in the refrigerator. 

Serve with toast.
