MANGO MUFFINS
Ingredients
wheat flour 300 g
sugar 150 g
natural yogurt 130 ml
butter 100 g
2 eggs
baking powder 12 g
a spoonful of vanilla 1 tsp
lemon zest 1 tsp
Directions
Mix eggs with sugar, add melted butter, yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest and mix again. Add flour and baking powder. Mix.
Pour the dough in molds, put chopped mango on top. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 35-40 minutes.
