Ingredients

milk 50 ml
wjeat flour 100 g
vanilla 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1
baking powder 1 teaspoon
Mango jelly
mango 1
sugar 2 tablespoons tablespoon gelatine 2 teaspoons
Cream
whipped cream 150 ml
powdered sugar 40 g
Directions
Mix together sugar, egg, butter, milk and vanilla in a blender. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add lemon juice and mix again. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at 150°C. Let it cool.
During this time prepare the cream. Mix the whipped cream and powdered sugar. Allow in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Make the cake in the same baking pan.
Put the cream on a biscuit. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. During this time prepare the mango jelly. Mix 2 teaspoons of gelatin with water. Allow for 10 minutes. Mix chopped mango, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 200 ml of water in a blender. Cook it for 2 minutes. Warm up the gelatin. Mix with mango mixture. Let it cool. Put the jelly on top of the cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Easy creamy mango jelly cake is ready. Enjoy your meal 😉
