Delicious beef beans. Easy cooking recipe. A very vitamin and healthy dinner.
Ingredients
vegetable oil 30 ml
butter optional
1 onion
garlic
salt, black pepper, cumin, bay leaf
beef 500 g
tomatoes 3-4
tomato paste 1 tbsp
water 300 ml
green beans 300 g (frozen)
Method of preparation
Cut the onion and garlic. Puree the tomatoes in a blender.
Pour oil into a saucepan and add onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, seasonings. Mix it well and cook another 2 minutes.
Add meat to the saucepan. Mix and cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add tomato puree, tomato paste and water to the meat. Cover and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
When the meat is ready add green beans. Cook for another 20-30 minutes.
Serve with rice
