Grape pie

Cook this delicious simple grape pie. Yeast dough base and juicy sweety grapes filling. A very tasty and easy recipe. Everyone will love this pie.

  Ingredients
  Dough:
  wheat flour 300 g
  dry yeast 1 tsp
  warm water 180 ml
  olive oil 1 tbsp
  a pinch of salt
  sugar 1 tbsp

  Filling
  grapes 300 g
  sugar 70 g
  melted butter 30 g
  wheat flour 1 tbsp

  Directions
  Mix together flour with yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Knead a soft dough. Spread it with 1 tbsp of olive oil, cover and allow for 1 h in a warm place.
  Wash grapes, chop it. Add 1 tbsp of flour, 70 g of sugar, 30 g of melted butter and mix it well.
  Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F.
  Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part. Grease the baking tray with butter. Put out one part of the dough on the baking tray, cover it with a half of the filling, cover the filling with the second part of the dough and put out the second half of the filling. Press the edges of the dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal 😊
