Custard cream rolls

Very tasty rolls with custard cream, the recipe is simple. Delicious, fluffy, melt in your mouth. Soft rolls with custard. Trying just once and you'll be making them often!
 Ingredients
 warm milk 150 g
 dry yeast 5 g
 sugar 80 g
 1 egg
 butter 40 g
 wheat flour 450 g
 vanilla
 Custard:
 milk 250 ml
 sugar 1 tbsp.
 vanilla1 tsp.
 wheat flour 2 tbsp.
 butter 20 g
 Preparation
  Custard: Mix all the dry ingredients for the cream. Add hot milk. Stir well and cook over low heat until thickened. Add butter to the hot cream. Allow to cool.
Dough: Add yeast, sugar, butter, vanilla to warm milk. Mix and allow for 10 minutes. Add wheat flour. Knead a soft dough. Allow for 1 h in a warm place.
 Roll out the dough (5-7 mm), spread the cream, roll it up and cut it into 3-4 cm pieces. Put the buns on a baking sheet, allow for 15 minutes. 
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Brush the buns with egg yolk and milk. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal 😉
