Corn soup

 Super simple and quick recipe. Bright, rich taste, you will like it definitely.

  Ingredients
  1 medium potato
  1 medium onion
  caned corn 200 g
  chicken 200 g
  water 1 litre
  salt optional
  pepper optional
  turmeric 1/2 tsp
  garlic 1 clove
  greens optional

 Method of preparation

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.
 
Grate the garlic.

Put chicken, potatoes and onions in a saucepan.
 
Pour boiling water.
 
Cook for 20-25 minutes.
 
Add caned corn.
 
Add salt, pepper, add turmeric.
 
Cook for 5-10 minutes again.
 
Remove the saucepan from the heat, add grated garlic and allow for 10-15 minutes.
 
Serve with greens.

You can make this soup with fresh corn. You just need to cook the corn together with all the vegetables at the same time.
