Cocoa jam rolls

So soft and tasty cocoa rolls.  Easy recipe, it takes 30 minutes to cook this delicious meal.

Ingredients
wheat flour 300 g
milk 100 g
butter 100 g
dry yeast 8 g
1 egg
sugar 40 g
salt 1/2 tsp
fruit jam
1 and 1/2 tbsp of cocoa
Method
Heat the milk. Add sugar, salt, yeast to the milk. Mix well. Add egg and melted butter. Mix and add wheat flour. Make a soft dough. Mix cocoa with any kind of jam. Roll out the dough. Put the filling on top of the dough. Make a roll and cut into pieces.  Put on a baking mold. Allow for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Mix together 1 tsp of milk and 1 egg yolk. Brush the top of rolls with egg and milk.  Bake for 25-30 min. Enjoy your meal 😉
