Economy version of the world famous brownie dessert. I use cocoa powder instead of chocolate. Brownies according to this recipe are less sweet than the original ones. If you like more sweetie add more sugar.
The main thing in this recipe is that cocoa powder brownies also have a baked top and soft middle.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
cocoa powder 45 g
butter 30 g
sugar 70 g (add more sugar if needed)
wheat flour 1 tbsp
Method
Heat up oven to 180°C/350°F.
Beat the eggs with a whisk. Add sugar and beat into foam.
Mix butter and cocoa powder. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly (but do not boil), let it cool to room temperature. Add the cocoa mixture to the eggs. Mix well. Add flour and quickly knead the dough.
Grease the baking molds. Pour dough into molds and bake for 7-10 minutes.
