Chocolate marble cookies

Very soft and delicious chocolate cookies 😋😋😋 Easy recipe.  

Ingredients

 wheat flour 100 g

 cocoa 50 g

 butter 50 g

 sugar 100 g

 vanilla 1/2 tsp

 lemon zest 1/2 tsp

 baking powder 1 tsp

 eggs 1 piece

 powdered sugar 60 g

 Method 

 Mix the egg with sugar and butter (the butter should be at room temperature). Add vanilla, lemon zest and baking powder. Mix everything. Add cocoa. Add wheat flour. Mix. Cover. Allow in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

 After 2 hours make balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Allow to cool. Enjoy your meal 😉
