This carrot and cottage cheese custard cake is quick and easy to prepare. Excellent for breakfast and lunch 😋
Ingredients
grated carrot 100 g
cottage cheese 50 g
1 egg
sugar 70 g
wheat flour 50 g
vanilla to taste
baking powder 1/2 tsp.
milk 70 ml
vegetable oil 20 g
Preparation
Mix together in a blender: grated carrots, cottage cheese, vanilla, baking powder and milk until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add flour. Knead well.
Beat egg with sugar until fluffy in another bowl. Gradually add eggs to the dough and knead very slowly.
Grease the baking mold with vegetable oil and put baking paper. Pur the dough into the baking mold. Bake 20 min at 180°C/350°F. Allow to cool at room temperature. Enjoy 😉
