Brownie
Ingredients
2 eggs
powdered sugar 80 g
milk 250 ml
vegetable oil 110 ml
wheat flour 250 g
cocoa 3 tbsp
baking powder 10 g
chocolate 80 g
Chocolate syrup
chocolate 80 g
vegetable oil 50 ml
Preparation
Whisk eggs and powdered sugar. Add milk, oil and mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix all well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Cover the mold with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake for 40 minutes.
Cook chocolate syrup. Melt chocolate and add vegetable oil.
Sprinkle the cooled brownie with powdered sugar and cover with syrup.
