Do you love banana bread? Or do you have 2 bananas and you don't know what to cook from them? Then I offer you a recipe for an incredible banana bread, which takes only a few minutes to knead the dough. Secret: the less the dough is kneaded, the more delicious the bread will be! It looks like a cupcake, but it's definitely very tasty.
Ingredients
eggs 2
melted butter 100 g
wheat flour 200 g
banana 2 pcs
dates 50 g
lemon zest 1 tbsp
salt optional
soda 1/2 tsp
sugar 100 g + 1 tbsp for top
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F. Mix eggs with salt. Add sugar and beat until foamy. Add melted butter (not hot). Blend the bananas into a puree and add to the dough. Mix everything well. Wash the dates and cut into pieces. Add to the dough. Add lemon zest. Mix well. Add wheat flour and mix it. And finally add baking soda. Mix again and put the dough into a baking mold. 1 chopped banana placed on top. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Enjoy your meal 😉
